Tom Naaijkens

Tom Naaijkens

Tom Naaijkens is the Portfolio Manager employed by Atticus Wealth Management. He brings 25 years of experience in financial markets, during which he held various risk management and portfolio management positions in Europe and Asia.

In this role, Tom develops tailored portfolios for retail superannuation clients under a multi-sector strategy, including equities (domestic and global), fixed Interest, listed property, alternatives and cash.

Tom holds a Master of Science in Econometrics from Erasmus University Rotterdam (The Netherlands), is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds Financial Risk Management (FRM) and Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) designations from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).

Brad Matthews

Brad Matthews

Brad Matthews is the founder of Brad Matthews Investment Strategies (BMIS). With 30 years of experience in the finance industry, Brad provides assistance to financial planning practices in developing their investment philosophy and creating portfolio solutions consistent with this philosophy. Providing a rigorous risk-based approach to portfolio construction, BMIS aims to improve investment outcomes as well as creating implementation efficiencies and reduced costs for advisers.

Brad holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment through the Securities Institute as well as a Bachelor of Commerce, Economics and Finance through the University of NSW.

Kyle Schlachter

Kyle Schlachter

Kyle brings over 15 years of experience across finance, investment management, and engineering. He has developed deep expertise in porfolio construction, private equity, and corporate advisory. At Territory Funds Management (TFM), he managed listed investment portfolios exceeding $300 million across multi-asset strategies. 

Kyles background spans structured finance at the Bank of Queensland and engineering roles in Australia and Canada, providing him with a rigorous analytical foundation and a disciplined, data-driven approach to valuation and operational improvement. His experience extends to mentoring investment professionals and advising corporate clients through business turnaround, restructures, and capital-raising processes. 

He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary.
 

Toby Lewis

Toby Lewis

Toby is the founder of Harbour Reach, established in 2018. Prior to founding the firm, he served as Chief Investment Officer and executive team member at ASX-listed licensee Centrepoint Alliance.

In Australia, Toby has held senior investment and research roles at Citibank Wealth Management, UBS Wealth Management, and Standard & Poor’s. Before relocating to Australia in 2010, he held portfolio management and research positions at SG Global Private Banking and HSBC Private Wealth Managers, with a focus on Asia-Pacific and Emerging Markets.

Toby holds degrees in English and French law from the Universities of London and Paris, and a Master’s in Financial Economics from the University of London. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) , a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM), and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
